Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from noasyncbody.com or lab.noasyncbody.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Noa Volha Tsuryk (NOA · Sync Body Method™), an autónoma registered in Spain.

2. Products and Services

We offer the following digital products:

• Foundation Course and Level Courses — one-time purchase, lifetime access to course content.
• Sync Body Library — subscription-based access (monthly or annual) to video practice library.
• Bundles — combinations of the above at a discounted price.
• Personal Sessions — live 1:1 video sessions via Zoom, booked through Calendly.
• Group Coaching and Masterclasses — live group sessions via Zoom.

Through NOA Movement Lab (lab.noasyncbody.com) we offer specialised individual work:

• Movement Lab Courses — one-time purchase, lifetime access to course content.
• Personal Video Analysis — asynchronous review of your submitted video with written feedback from NOA.
• Movement Lab Personal and Group Sessions — live video sessions via Zoom, booked through Calendly.
• Solo Creation — individual choreography work delivered across scheduled Zoom sessions.
• VIP Competition Coaching — arranged individually by email.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Thinkific Payments, which operates on Stripe’s payment infrastructure. We never receive or store your card details. Prices are shown in Euros (€); if you choose to pay in another currency at checkout, the conversion is handled by the payment processor. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing location — for customers in the United States and Canada, sales tax is collected and remitted by Thinkific as a Marketplace Facilitator. Subscription billing is automatic — monthly or annual as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Access and Use

Upon successful payment, access is granted to your purchased content through the Thinkific platform. Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content. Violation of this may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Personal Sessions — Booking and Cancellation

• Sessions must be booked through Calendly using the link provided after purchase.
• Sessions in a pack are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to reschedule.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows count as a used session.
• VIP Year clients have priority booking access.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — including videos, course materials, methodologies, brand assets, and the Sync Body Method™ system — is the intellectual property of Noa Volha Tsuryk. You may use content for your personal practice only. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without written permission.

7. Health Disclaimer

Our programs involve physical movement. By participating, you confirm that you are in adequate health to engage in movement-based activities. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before beginning. NOA · Sync Body Method™ is not responsible for any injury resulting from participation in our programs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOA · Sync Body Method™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. Below are the specific terms for each product type.

11. Foundation Course and Level Courses

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your course purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 14 days, no refunds are available as the course content has been fully delivered and accessed.

12. Sync Body Library — Subscription

• Monthly plan: You may cancel at any time. No refund for the current billing period — access continues until the period ends.
• Annual plan: 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 14 days, no partial refunds are available for unused months.

13. Bundles

Bundles are subject to the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If a bundle includes personal or group sessions and any session has already taken place, the value of the used sessions is deducted from the refund.

14. Personal Sessions

• Single sessions: refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Session packs: the unused portion is refundable if requested within 30 days of purchase and no sessions have been used. Once sessions begin, no refund on used sessions.
• No-shows and late cancellations (under 24 hours) are not eligible for refund or reschedule.

15. Group Coaching and Masterclasses

Refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the first session. No refund after the program has begun.

16. NOA Movement Lab

• Movement Lab Courses: the same 14-day money-back guarantee applies.
• Personal Video Analysis: refundable until your video has been reviewed. Once the analysis has been prepared and sent, the work is complete and no refund is available.
• Movement Lab Personal and Group Sessions: the same terms as above — cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Solo Creation and VIP Competition Coaching: individual creative work. Fully refundable before the first scheduled session; once work has begun, no refund is available.

17. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the request. We review every request and process approved refunds as quickly as we can. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Thinkific Payments; depending on your bank, the funds may take several business days to appear on your statement.

18. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or violation of our Terms of Service.
