Highlight #1

Foot, heel, hip, shoulder — lined into the right architecture first. From that base, range opens by itself. No forcing, just structure.

Highlight #2

PNF-style techniques reduce the muscle's resistance to lengthening — not by pushing harder, but by re-teaching the nervous system to let go.

Highlight #3

When alignment, strength and release are built together, the body keeps what it gains. Flexibility stops being a daily fight.

About the sessions

About the sessions A group session is not a solo lesson — you work alongside others training the same goal. NOA leads the group live, watching how each body moves into the stretch — where tension holds, where compensation creeps in, where range is being forced instead of earned — and corrects it in real time. Minimum 3 participants, up to 10 per session. One Session — €25 Pack of 4 Sessions — €89 Pack of 8 Sessions — €159

NOA

Choreographer · Educator · Creator of Sync Body Method™ I started in rhythmic gymnastics, moved into classical ballet at twelve, and spent my twenties performing across the world with a Singapore-based company. I've been a professional choreographer since 2004 — training champions, preparing competitors, coaching artists at the highest level. Most flexibility work fails because it fights the body instead of working with it — force instead of patience, splits instead of structure. That's the work I do in Movement Lab: alignment first, release second, drilled until the range actually stays, not just for the day you trained it.
